Restaurant MoonGlow offers a set course menu experience prepared by Chef Akira Imamura, featuring French-inspired fusion dishes. Our focus is on simple elegance and the quality of the ingredients, carefully prepared using Japanese dashi and umami techniques. Substitutions are not available. Cost is $100 per person, excluding beverages, tax, and service. Reservations must be made for all members of your party. (i.e you cannot share 3 course dinners for 4 people).

Reservations can only be made 2 weeks in advance to the calendar day on our website, beginning at 11 a.m. Central time. For example, to book a reservation on May 14, go online at 11 a.m. on May 1.
