Restaurant MoonGlow offers a set course menu experience prepared by Chef Akira Imamura, featuring Italian-inspired fusion dishes centered around his signature pastas. Our focus is on simple elegance and the quality of the ingredients, carefully prepared using Japanese dashi and umami techniques. Substitutions are not available. Cost is $100 per person, excluding beverages, tax, and service. Reservations must be made for all members of your party. (i.e you cannot share 3 course dinners for 4 people).

Reservations can only be made 2 weeks in advance to the calendar day on our website, beginning at 11 a.m. Central time. For example, to book a reservation on May 14, go online at 11 a.m. on May 1.
